Notify PLC

The Notify PLC Block is used with events that a Cognex Communication Card or Vision Controller will use to communicate with the connected PLC. The number of input pins is dynamically generated based on the Notification Method Type parameter setting.

Properties	Description
Name	Specifies the name of the block.
Selected Device	Specifies the device (either a Cognex Communication Card or a Vision Controller) that will be associated with the block.
Notification Method Type	Specifies the notification method. Note: For more information about the Notification Method Type parameter selections, see the NDM Notification Functions topic.
Arguments	Specifies the current notification arguments, which are configured in the Notification Settings dialog.
