Remarks

Used by CogToolBlock as a container for input and output property collections.

Note that CogToolBlockTerminal also implements ICogTool (even though the run method does not do anything). This allows DataBindings to the terminal values via the CogDataBinding mechanism supported by all VisionPro tools.
