A CogTransform2DComposed is a transform object that can compose transforms of different types. The composed transform maps points through all its contained transformations (from 'Right' to 'Left'), and thus acts as their composition.

	PushOntoLeft	Composes the LeftSide transform into this composed transform on the left. If Copy is True, the transform is added to the sequence by value, otherwise it's added by reference. Note that this will increase the index of all contained transforms by one.
	PushOntoRight	Composes the RightSide transform into this composed transform on the right. If Copy is True, the transform is added to the sequence by value, otherwise it's added by reference.
	Replace	Replaces the transform at the given index with the passed Replacement transform. If Copy is True, the Replacement transform is added by value, otherwise, it is added by reference.
	ResumeAndRaiseChangedEvent	Re-enables raising of the Changed event after SuspendChangedEvent has been called. Also raises the Changed event if the ChangedEventSuspended count is reduced to zero and any changes were made while events were suspended. Must be called once for each call to SuspendChangedEvent.
	Split	Splits this composed transform into two composed transforms just before Index. This object becomes the left part and the right part is returned.
	SuspendChangedEvent	Temporarily suspends the raising of the Changed event. May be called more than once, and a corresponding call to ResumeAndRaiseChangedEvent must be made for each call to SuspendChangedEvent.
