Gets/sets the Opacity for this graphic object.
The value range is 0.0 - 1.0, where 0.0 means full transparent
and value 1.0 means full opaque.
The default value is 1.0.

Returns the complete set of state flags supported on this object. The
flags may be indexed by name as shown in the following C# code snippet:
