This interface is part of a tool wrapper for CogMath.IntersectCircleCircle(CogCircle, CogCircle, ICogImage, Int32 , Double , Double , Double , Double , Double , Double , Double , Double ) so that you can use it in QuickBuild.
If you want to use IntersectCircleCircle(CogCircle, CogCircle, ICogImage, Int32 , Double , Double , Double , Double , Double , Double , Double , Double ) in your application, you should use it directly.
If you are using QuickBuild, you should use the CogIntersectCircleCircleTool control in the QuickBuild's Job Editor toolbox.
There is virtually no case in which you should use this interface or any part of CogIntersectCircleCircleTool directly in your application.
