Remarks
This enumeration is part of a tool wrapper for CogEllipse so that you can use it in QuickBuild.
If you want to use CogEllipse in your application, you should use it directly.
If you are using QuickBuild, you should use the CogCreateEllipseTool control in the QuickBuild's Job Editor toolbox.
There is virtually no case in which you should use this enumeration or any part of CogCreateEllipseTool directly in your application.
