Remarks
This enumeration is part of a tool wrapper for CogCircle so that you can use it in QuickBuild.
If you want to use CogCircle in your application, you should use it directly.
If you are using QuickBuild, you should use the CogCreateCircleTool control in the QuickBuild's Job Editor toolbox.
There is virtually no case in which you should use this enumeration or any part of CogCreateCircleTool directly in your application.
