	NumberOfPointsUsedInEstimation	The number of points used to fit the plane
	Plane	The best fit plane found. The plane is defined in the SelectedSpaceName3D coordinates of the range image
	ResidualsRMS	The Residuals RMS error. The RMS error should be small (less than 0.1) to indicate that the plane is properly fitted.
