Open HMI

The Open HMI button is used to open a web browser connection to the selected vision system. The software supports displaying an HMI on an internet web browser, using Google Chrome version 68 or greater.

Note:

For D900 devices, the HMI of the configured job appears only with this button if the vision system is Online. If the device is Offline, clicking this button displays the following message:

The In-Sight device is not online. The job is being configured. Please contact the vision administrator for more information.
```
See the user guide of the respective adapter for more information on how to configure and set up an HMI in the adapter of the device.
Certain Google Chrome™ extensions, such as Evernote Web Clipper™ prevent display of the HMI authentication dialog. As a result, the pages cannot be accessed using Google Chrome™. To solve the issue, remove or turn off these extensions in the Chrome browser before connecting to the HMI.
