设置颜色模型识别工具

添加该工具之后，需要选择区域类型，然后在图像中进行配置：

1. From the Model drop-down menu, select the type of region: Rectangle (default), Circle, Annulus or Polygon. Position and configure the region within the image where you expect the color(s) to appear; make sure that the boundaries of the region cover the color(s) and their possible locations. To help the performance of the tool, create smaller regions; larger regions require longer to inspect. If you’re not using a fixture, ensure that the color(s) are present in roughly the same location in every image, or the region is large enough to account for the expected movement of the color(s).

   Note: 添加工具后，您可以通过右键单击图像中的区域并从将区域更改到选项中选择所需的形状来更改区域类型。

2. 按确定按钮确认区域（按取消按钮则不会将该工具添加到作业）。

3. 配置搜索区域后，需要配置该工具的颜色库并激活相应的颜色模型：

• 如果这是首次添加颜色工具（“彩色斑点”与“彩色斑点 (1-10)”定位工具、“颜色像素计数”和“彩色斑点存在/不存在”工具、“彩色斑点面积”与“彩色斑点面积 (1-10)”测量工具、“彩色斑点”计数工具、“颜色模型”识别工具或“颜色转为二进制”图像过滤工具），需要首先定义颜色库及其颜色模型。

• 如果先前已添加另一个颜色工具，并且想要使用现有颜色库及其训练的颜色模型，请转到“设置”选项卡并选择所需的颜色库，然后在“库”选项卡中选中所需颜色模型以将其激活。

• 默认情况下，工具将自动产生“失败”，直至定义颜色库。如果已定义颜色库，则工具将自动使用该库并激活其包含的所有颜色模型。

4. 设置颜色模型和颜色库后，该工具将处理图像，搜索区域内与所选颜色模型匹配的所有像素都会变为白色 (255)，而与颜色模型不匹配的像素则会变为黑色 (0)。
5. 初始配置工具后，根据需要加载多幅图像和调整工具参数，以补偿预期的变化范围。
6. 最后，根据需要使用工具的输入/输出属性在其它工具和/或其它外部设备之间共享工具数据。
