Math

Math functions provide arithmetical functions for the specified spreadsheet cell or the data it holds.

Function Functions are tools that are available in Spreadsheet for processing and analyzing acquisitions or other results. You can add functions to your Spreadsheet job to create tool chains and produce results for specific applications.

Description

Abs(Value)

Returns the absolute value of Value.

Exp(Value)

Returns e raised to the power of Value.

Int(Val) Returns the specified value (Val) rounded down to the next smaller integer. This function works the same as the RoundDown function.

Mod(Value1, Value2)

Returns the remainder of Value1 divided by Value2.

Power(Base, Exp)

Returns Base raised to the power of Exp.

Rand(Event)

Returns a random Number (0.0 to 1.0) on an input Event. Each event triggers a new random number.

Note: Rand must be the only item in the cell.

Round(Value)

Returns Value rounded to the nearest integer.

RoundDown(Value)

Returns Value truncated down to the next-smaller integer.

RoundUp(Value)

Returns Value rounded up to the next-larger integer.

Sqrt(Value)

Returns the square root of Value.

Sum(Value1, [Value2, ...])

Returns the sum of a variable-length list of Values.

Trunc(Value)

Returns Value truncated toward zero to an integer. The result is Value without any fraction.
