Hist Vision Data Access functions

Function	Description
GetArea(Hist, Index)	Returns the area in a number of pixels of the extracted histogram.
GetValue(Hist, Index)	Returns the number of values contained in the indexed bin between 0 to 255 of the specified Hist data structure.
