Web Pages

Web Pages are used to create a Human Machine Interface (HMI) user interface (UI) while in deployed mode. These can be displayed on an Internet Web Browser (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome), using HTML5, or in the deployed mode tab of the application.

The HMI gives operators the ability to visualize data (images, graphics and/or data), and interact with the vision system. Web Pages allow the application developer to create a run-time display that shows only pertinent project data.

When graphics controls are included in the WebPage, the operator on the production floor can make simple adjustments to the project, but they cannot modify formulas directly in the Vision Tools.

When designing your HMI, consider what parameters should be configurable, the level of interaction the operator will be responsible for, and the layout and presentation of the interface.

Note: The project must be in deployed mode to interact with the WebPage Elements. While the project is in Program Mode, none of the WebPage Elements are active.
