Web Pages

Web Pages are used to create a Human Machine Interface (HMI) user interface (UI) for Cognex Designer. These can be displayed on an Internet Web Browser (Internet Explorer version 11 and Google Chrome version 54 or later), using HTML5.

HMI gives operators the ability to visualize data (images, graphics and/or data), and interact with the vision system. Web Pages allow the application developer to create a run-time display that shows only pertinent project data.

When designing your HMI, consider what parameters should be configurable, the level of interaction the operator will be responsible for, and the layout and presentation of the interface.
