Import a SuaKIT Classification Project

If you have SuaKIT projects that you want to import to VisionPro Deep Learning Tool, you can use import plug in. SuaKIT Classification project will be imported as a Green Classify Tool in High Detail mode. Depending on the model type you want to import, there are some difference in what you can load.

SuaKIT Single Classification Project

(Imported as Green Classify)

Labels Labeled regions ROI Mask Training set Tool parameters* SuaKIT Model
  O X O O O X X

* Tool parameters: This means all options in tool parameter panels except for number of training set.

If you change labels, labeled regions, ROI, etc. after you created a model in SuaKIT, you can only import those with the latest version. This is because that SuaKIT only saves the current version of images, regions and training set.

It takes pretty much time when you load multiple images. It would take about 20 mins when you import 15,000 images.

WARNING:  Pixel-wise label of SuaKIT classification project cannot be imported. In SuaKIT, you can add pixel-wise labels in classification project. However, pixel-wise label is not supported in High Detail mode. Therefore, when you import SuaKIT classification project with pixel-wise labels, it will lose only pixel-wise label information but import the other information (image, ROI, masks, image-wise labels(tags), and training set).

Import a SuaKIT Classification Project without Trained Model

  1. Go to Plugins - Manage Plugins
  2. Click Add button on Plugin Manager
  3. Select and add SuaKitMigration.VPlugin.dll.

  4. Click Close to exit Plugin Manager

  5. Go to Plugins - Import SuaKIT Project

  7. When you click ‘OK’ button, it will start to import information of SuaKIT project including images, ROI, masks, and labels.
  8. After the import is finished, you can find the imported workspace in the workspace list. When you open the workspace, you will see that there is a single Green Classify Tool in High Detail mode in the workspace.
  9. You can import training set but not tool parameters including validation set ratio.
  10. Train set and validation set in SuaKIT will be imported as training set. Also, you can check them in ‘SuaKIT Train’ set in Database Overview. Test set in SuaKIT will be not trained views. Also, you can check them in ‘SuaKIT Test’ set in Database Overview.
